Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Jobot. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gaming platform by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive strategic decisions and identify key business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization tools to design, create, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards that drive strategic decisions and identify key business opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpretation to help our team understand user behavior, trends, and patterns within our gaming platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, create AB testing framework, and perform deep-dive analysis.
  • Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing actionable insights and recommendations to influence business strategy.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by developing robust data validation frameworks and maintaining high-quality data documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools and statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • A deep passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of gaming trends and dynamics.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering on multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
