Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst - Data Insights to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for turning information into actionable insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer experience, and inform product development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer critical business questions.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis and opportunity sizing to identify areas for improvement and design experiments to test hypotheses.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  4. Communicate results and influence business decisions through data-driven storytelling.
Requirements
  1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and ML engineers.
  2. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in product analytics or data science.
  4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R programming languages.
  5. Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests, as well as practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.
  7. Experience with tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely.
  8. Bonus points for experience creating offline ML models.
