About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial consolidation and reporting, leading month-end and annual planning processes, and spearheading process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the month-end financial consolidation process for the company, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financial results.
  • Develop and maintain standardized consolidation processes and procedures.
  • Analyze financial results, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management and coordinate review and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Spearhead the annual planning process, developing input templates and streamlined consolidation tools, while fostering collaboration among stakeholders to drive timely and accurate contributions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage systems and tools to optimize financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support the Finance organization with top-class, ad-hoc reporting, often with a quick turnaround and for a senior audience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A.
  • Proven track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for synthesizing complex data into a clear storyline.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to actively contribute to our work culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, SAP S4 HANA, SAP AO, Sharework, and SQL.
