Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support for the Principal
- Coordinate meeting schedules for the Principal, Managing Director, and team members, including liaising with external parties such as investors and companies
- Promptly send out Zoom and Outlook calendar invitations upon request
- Arrange business and personal dining reservations, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and coffee meetings
- Organize travel itineraries for both personal and business purposes, capable of managing last-minute changes and urgent requests
- Coordinate special events, including team gatherings, the annual Christmas party, and personal celebrations
- Assist in-house investor tracking processes, particularly related to fundraising efforts and meetings
- Support the distribution of quarterly letters and create Zoom webinars as needed
- Take occasional notes during calls and handle ad hoc requests as they arise
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in professional communication with various stakeholders, including bankers, lawyers, and CEOs, employing proper email etiquette
- Basic proficiency in Zoom, including hosting webinars, Microsoft Outlook, Excel (for list management and tracking), Resy, and airline booking platforms
