Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management across time zones
  • Scheduling meetings with senior executives and strategic partners
  • Processing expense reports in line with company policy
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Supporting team activities and special projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in technology and tools
  • Professional and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Based in NY with on-site work required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 5+ years in corporate administration

Salary Range:

$24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefits
