Join usResponsibilities:
Perform patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance assessment, insurance verification and arrange deliveryProvide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to a pharmacist when requiredPlace outbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurersDocument all call information and data discovery according to operating proceduresUtilize proper escalation channels to meet patient needs & resolve open issuesResearch required information using available resourcesMaintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary informationPerform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal lawsWork collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineeringRequirements:High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferredCustomer service or inbound call center experience requiredAppropriate industry experience is necessaryStrong verbal and written communication skillsSound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focusA passion for providing top-notch patient careAbility to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionallyStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new softwareFull time position, on-site in PittsburghLocation/HoursFull time position, on-site in Pittsburgh (Robinson Township)
