About the Job:
We're on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive who can drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should bring a solid sales background, established connections in the healthcare sector, and the ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders. This role plays a crucial part in advancing our presence in the healthcare industry by promoting and selling our leading-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and focus on potential clients in the healthcare sector, such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Utilize existing relationships to secure introductions and referrals, while consistently expanding a strong pipeline of new prospects.
  • Devise strategies to spot and pursue fresh business prospects.
  • Showcase and demonstrate our solutions to key decision-makers at healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to boost revenue growth.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients for high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service and assistance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Create regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in telecommunications or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, particularly in selling intricate solutions to healthcare facilities.
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Capability to establish and uphold strong client relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of DAS solutions is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry needs.
  • Existing network and connections within the healthcare sector.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 70% based on customer needs.
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary up to $100k/year (Exempt)
  • Includes Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, Supplemental Insurance through Aflac, and a 401K plan.
