Business Development Representative

Aviation is looking for the next Business Development Representative to join our Tampa based team. We have the entrepreneurial spirit great enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose; this is an awesome job, but it is not a desk job
The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying customers on behalf of our company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to work in a rewarding environment.
Applicant Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher (current students encouraged to apply)
- Experience in a customer facing roles (1-2 years, ideally)
- Entry level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be considered
- Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism in all settings
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Extend company outreach - Prospect sales leads by directly engaging with consumers in face-to-face meetings and setting up new customer accounts.
- Nurture business relationships – Stay in contact with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, provide educational opportunities, and manage referrals.
- Customer support – Maintain vast knowledge of products and services.
- Drive Revenue - Meet or exceed sales quotas to aid in organizational growth.
