  • Lease Management:

  • CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Reconciliations:

  • Property Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
  • Implement property management best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
  • Tenant Relations:
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and proactive engagement.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance tenant experience and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on financial management.
  • Proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish) is required.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
