Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and operating efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of property management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely rent collection and expense payments.
  • Lease Administration: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are in excellent condition.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financial status, and maintenance activities.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid real estate license (preferred).
