POSITION DETAILS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Health and Safety

- Enforce safety protocols and best practices for a secure working environment.

- Conduct regular safety training to promote awareness among employees.

  • Production

- Develop production plans to meet targets and optimize resources.

- Monitor processes for efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

  • Quality Assurance

- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

- Implement quality control procedures and address any deviations.

  • Team Supervision

- Manage a diverse team and provide guidance and feedback.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.

  • Resource Management

- Optimize equipment, materials, and manpower for cost-effective operations.

- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.

  • Maintenance and Upkeep

- Ensure equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime.
