Summary:

As a Senior Recruiter, every day and week will be different, with exciting challenges that come from serving such a broad range of organizations. You will have the opportunity to lead senior levels searches from director to VP roles for non-profits, ministries and for-profit organizations. You will be directly client facing and will source, recruit and vet candidates on a regular basis. You will be leading 4-6 retained searches at a time with clear goals to achieve on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: You will confidently identify the client's hiring needs and professionally lead conversations with small business owners and Fortune 500 executive teams. We want a leader who will see every engagement with a client as an opportunity to serve and build a relationship while delivering our service with excellence and passion. Initial search expectations, weekly client meetings, contract negotiations, and final placements are all led by the Recruiter.
  • Candidate Sourcing: You will use foundational search engines and sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. You will use your expertise to identifying and reaching out to qualified candidates that you will personally welcome into the vetting process
  • Candidate Vetting: You will use your skills to vet candidates from an initial phone call through to an offer. You will be the expert and have the skills to consult your client on candidates in their process. You are able to work in a team-focused, ever-changing, autonomous environment. You will be excellent at driving a very clear, measured, and relational process to source, vet, and qualify candidates.
  • Closing Deals: You will identify, interview, and successfully place high-level leaders within a specific time frame to best serve the client. We want to ensure that both the candidate and client are 'raving fans' of the FireSeeds process from start to finish.
  • Brand Ambassador: ​You will represent the FireSeeds Brand wherever you go. Although business development is not a major part of your job, we expect you to share our story often and with enthusiasm as a brand ambassador.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Experience successfully filling manager, director, VP and senior level roles
  • Expert on active and passive candidate sourcing techniques
  • Experience or similar experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required), Apollo, Google platform and Slack
  • Strong business acumen with exposure to various industries, verticals and departments
  • Passionate about engaging with people/customers
  • Has a growth mindset and loves learning
  • Confidence to communicate with a wide array of people and could confidently engage with top leaders (CEO's, Presidents, etc.)
  • Not easily rattled; ability to be flexible
  • Displays optimism; positivity in all interactions
  • Works efficiently and effectively
  • The ability to travel 5%
