Ed Morse is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of aftermarket products and extended Service Contracts to assist them in selecting the most suitable products.
  • Submit necessary paperwork promptly to secure finance approvals for all deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various finance sources, including manufacturers, to uphold an outstanding reputation.
  • Ensure all deal packages are accurately prepared and sent to lenders with complete documentation.
  • Thoroughly audit team deals post-sale to guarantee accuracy.
  • Expedite the funding process for all contracts.
  • Optimize deal structures for maximum profitability and collection efficiency.
  • Demonstrate full proficiency in title laws and registration procedures.
  • Maintain required certifications and stay updated with necessary skills for the role.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Desk, submit deals for lender approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
  • Verify insurance details and obtain payoffs for trades with existing liens.
  • Handle federal, state, and dealer paperwork for vehicle transactions.
  • Thoroughly check all paperwork for accuracy before submission to the business office.
  • Assist retail salespersons in collecting payments and transaction-related funds.
  • Support various functions within the financial services department as required.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with guests and maintain High CSI standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive sector.
  • Experience in Special Finance and subprime lending is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate proactive behavior and a commitment to timely deal completion.
  • Possess a high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving set targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to optimize daily opportunities and streamline processes.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; candidates with Associate's or Bachelor's degrees are preferred.
  • Must pass background and drug screenings successfully.
