Your Role in Contributing to Our Success

  • Oversee daily program operations and offer administrative support to the program staff.
  • Provide timely reports, manage data, and present project-related information to management.
  • Develop tools for data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure efficient documentation completion.
  • Supervise program staff, community outreach workers, and ensure proper management of time and expenses.
  • Create outreach calendars, establish schedules, and identify project partners.
  • Participate in funder meetings, conduct social media campaigns, and enhance operational procedures.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities while supporting program development processes.
  • Comply with grant reporting guidelines and ensure grant reporting accuracy.
  • Manage program inventory and maintain effective inventory control systems.
  • Coordinate supply procurement and contribute to the organization's leadership team.
  • Represent the organization internally and externally, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager.

Participation in Meetings and Committees

Attend funder meetings and any other assigned meetings, serving as a representative of the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee funded programs, staff, and community outreach workers within the organization.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in non-profit or healthcare environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and communication skills are essential. A background in HIV support services is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with multi-cultural populations and sensitive issues like HIV, AIDS, and COVID.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities in dynamic settings.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and drive to various outreach locations.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and effectively presenting the organization's services.
