As the Vice President of Operations, you'll be steering our operational powerhouse towards unparalleled success.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, field services (installation, service, and template), and purchasing, ensuring smooth coordination and peak efficiency across the board.

  • Provide strategic leadership for optimizing operational performance in manufacturing, field services, and purchasing.
  • Lead safety awareness initiatives to instill a safety-first mindset among employees.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust workflows and meet targets.
  • Work with teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Review quality control processes and implement enhancements to meet standards.
  • Develop strategies for seamless workflow synchronization to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Analyze manufacturing cells to align with specific customer needs for timely delivery.
  • Utilize EOS tools to drive strategic execution and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and enhance operations.
  • Present operational performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Carry out other duties supporting the organization's values and vision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years in operations management with five years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of implementing operational strategies and process improvements.
  • Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate future trends and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Understanding of Entrepreneurial Operating System and Synchronous Flow principles is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Potential travel to various company locations, customer sites, or industry events.
  • Combination of office, field, and manufacturing settings.
