AVP Underwriting

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. as an Assistant Vice President of a brand new group focused on allied healthcare professional liability risks.

• Establish and expand an underwriting group focused on a book of business including medical spas, surgery centers, pharmacies, home healthcare, medical imaging labs, walk-in clinical laboratories, hospice care facilities, and individuals involved in therapy.
• Develop, maintain, manage, and grow a book of business.
• Identify, target, solicit, and negotiate new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with wholesale brokers in the region.
• Grow the underwriting group and expand it into a profitable division.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in underwriting.
