Somos un destacado fabricante buscando a un Gerente de Cuentas de Venta a tiempo completo para liderar los esfuerzos de expansión de ventas en el canal de Hardware/Madera, desde Los Ángeles hasta el Norte de California. El rol se centra en implementar estrategias de ventas y posicionamiento de mercado dentro de tiendas de cadenas minoristas de hardware. La colaboración con el Gerente Regional de Ventas, agencias representativas y distribuidores de dos pasos es fundamental para nutrir cuentas regionales.

Compensación del Gerente de Cuentas de Venta:

  • Sueldo anual entre $65,000 y $75,000, con posibles bonificaciones.
  • Además, hay oportunidad de bono, asignación de auto anual y otros beneficios.

Ubicación/Territorio Laboral del Gerente de Cuentas de Venta: Basado en Los Ángeles, con territorio desde LA hasta California Central.

Horario Laboral del Gerente de Cuentas de Venta: Lunes a viernes, con viajes y algunas actividades los fines de semana.

Responsabilidades Clave del Gerente de Cuentas de Venta:

  • Colaborar con el Gerente Regional de Ventas para determinar la frecuencia óptima de visitas a cada tienda.
  • Impulsar las ventas mediante construcción de confianza, exhibición de productos y ejecución de promociones.
  • Actuar como Experto Técnico, implementando planes de Conocimiento del Producto y eventos en tiendas.
  • Fomentar la participación del cliente a través de eventos en tienda y demostraciones de productos.
  • Negociar e implementar promociones en tienda en colaboración con cadenas de retail.
  • Mantener relaciones positivas con clientes de todos los niveles.

Atributos Deseados del Gerente de Cuentas de Venta:

  • Experiencia en gestión de tiendas, preferiblemente en cadenas de hardware o tiendas minoristas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y formación.
  • Capacidad probada para cultivar relaciones exitosas con proveedores/clientes.
  • Alta energía, entusiasmo y compromiso con la excelencia.
  • Autodisciplina y ética laboral proactiva.
  • Capacidad para lograr objetivos en un entorno de empresa pequeña.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y ética.
  • Disposición para viajar dentro de la región.

Requisitos del Gerente de Cuentas de Venta:

  • Titulo universitario, preferiblemente con experiencia en ventas B2B.
  • Conocimiento de hardware, mejoras para el hogar, retail o productos al consumidor.
  • Interés personal en bricolaje y mejoras para el hogar.
  • Competencia en software de oficina básico.
