Your position

You will be part of the Rig & Offshore Marine department with 75 colleagues working locally and globally on the projects in our division.

We supply engineering, project management, project execution, fabrication and installation services to the offshore drilling rig and offshore wind installation vessel markets.

You will be a key player in the project team, being able to lead the way and set clear targets and expectations to both suppliers and key stakeholders.


Your tasks and responsibilities
Your primary role will be supporting the tendering and project procurement activities within Rig & Offshore Marine division.

You will be working as an integrated team member with the tender and project teams to bring a strategic mindset to the supplier selection and sourcing process, you will be responsible for highlighting and managing any risks to the projects that may arise from the supply base.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure purchasing for the projects
  • Supporting our tender and project teams
  • Ensuring correct prices, terms, and conditions from suppliers
  • Negotiating purchase agreements and managing supplier relationships
  • Placing orders and order management including expediting
  • Category management and responsibility for special product groups
  • Stakeholder management

Your qualifications and skills
You are enthusiastic and ambitious about your tasks. You are proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented which is combined with your wish to work in a team. You possess a strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise your time and tasks. Also, you have an eye for the detail and yet keep and maintain the overview. Having a positive mindset and the ability to influence your surroundings comes natural to you.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:

  • BSc. in supply chain or a technical education
  • Min. 5 years of experience within procurement
  • Experience with complex contract negotiation
  • Have solid communication skills in Danish and English at a high level
