General Description:
  • Responsible for growing current customer sales volume, winning customers, and providing data and marketplace feedback.
  • Grows & maintains customer base to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Cultivates & maintains long-term professional relationships with customers with the intent to grow sales & help the customer achieve their growth objectives.
  • Maintains the company's product competitiveness via market and customer research and provides ongoing sales support for customers.
  • Processes customer requests and orders.
  • Maintains a focused travel schedule to win new business opportunities.
  • Attends & participates in Trade Shows to represent the company and its products effectively and appropriately.
  • Assists customers with general requests, needs and account maintenance and training.
  • Conducts cold calls in a targeted sales effort.
  • Carries out all other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
  • Proven track record for meeting and exceeding company sales goals.
  • Experience working with manufacturing representatives OR 1099 reps.
  • Proven ability to sell and upsell.
  • Achieve sales & profitability objective.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time & prioritize work as necessary including follow-up.
  • Ability to lead a team; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate. (both verbal & written)
  • Required Travel 65-75% of the time - covering territory for West Coast.

Education Requirement:
  • College Degree.
  • Minimum - 5 years sales/management experience required.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This position is considered a Hybrid job opportunity.
Contingent upon passing a drug screen including marijuana testing.

Profit Sharing Bonus plan is offered as well after 90 days IF goals are achieved.
