  • Provide guidance on award and sub-award management, budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to support program decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Sub-award Management (45%): Support site and community partners, track sub-awards, and ensure compliance
  • Award Management (35%): Identify funding gaps, review donor budget proposals and reports
  • Financial Budgeting and Analysis (20%): Assist in budget planning, conduct financial data analysis, and provide guidance to program teams

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders and uphold financial policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English language

Compensation:
