About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Hospital Operational Finance to join our team at UK HealthCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and operational support to our hospital entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage hospital financial plans, including long-term financial planning, operating budgets, and forecasts.
  • Strategic Planning: Support organization-wide strategic planning, business prioritization, and resource allocation processes with respect to UKHC finances, budgets, opportunities for cost reduction, and opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee and direct financial planning activities for the hospital entities.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CPA, MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data. Microsoft office suite, financial analytics, data mining, health system decision support systems, data visualization, basic accounting and financial reporting. Tableau experience desirable.
