Qualifications:

  • Previous security experience preferred; law enforcement or military experience is a plus
  • Strong observational and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related field is a bonus
  • Valid security guard license or certification
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
