Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary day-to-day support to the IT Operations Center (ITOC) Watch Officers (Battle Captains), ensuring consistent communication with the Branch Chief, Deputy Branch Chief, and section leaders.
  • Manage and maintain the primary SharePoint site for the branch and section sub-sites, ensuring seamless operations and efficient knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain the Knowledge Base within Service Central (ServiceNow platform), reviewing and approving knowledge articles for publication to support Agency consumption.
  • Liaise with internal and external staff at all levels, as well as Intelligence Community (IC) partners, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate IC IT operation center site visits, ensuring smooth logistics, including visitor requests, passing clearances, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Maintain knowledge of branch counterparts within the Intelligence Community, fostering open lines of communication and organizing site visits as needed.
  • Assist the Government Staff Officer in cataloging, filing, and maintaining correspondences, messages, and other documentation, including military and civilian letters, memorandums, award recommendations, meeting minutes, and briefing papers.
  • Support the Government Staff Officer in generating, coordinating, and monitoring internal and external actions, decisions, policies, tasks, and briefings for closeout and approval.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications, including SharePoint development and experience in maintaining site pages
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in senior-level office environments
  • Proven experience directly supporting office environments with senior leadership personnel serving in the grades of SES/DISL or at the Flag Officer level
  • Strong working knowledge of office information technology (IT) equipment, including copiers, scanners, facsimile machines, computer workstations, phones, teleconference/video teleconference equipment
  • Ability to work comfortably with mid- and senior-level civilian/military personnel
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and support tasks as assigned by the Branch Chief
  • Detail-oriented, strong analysis and organizational skills, forward-thinking skills to anticipate and proactively provide recommendations to customers and teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Strong public speaking skills required, with the ability to create original documentation
