  • Establish and oversee project timelines.
  • Participate in pre-bid and progress meetings with stakeholders.

  • Source materials necessary for project execution.
  • Monitor project expenditures and cash flow to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Foster professional relationships to enhance bidding opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Construction Link Estimating, CPM Scheduling, Foundations Accounting, Bluebeam/Adobe Pro, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, team dynamics, and production rates related to Building Construction, Structural Concrete, and Flatwork Concrete.

  • Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience is required.
