El mantenimiento del programa de servicio custodia y limpieza segn los requisitos del Distrito para asegurar el bienestar, salud y seguridad de los estudiantes y empleados.

Ejecutar el proceso por el cual se cierra, se inspecciona, y se asegura el edificio y terrenos.

Mantener un horario de limpieza que incluya la limpieza del piso; pizarrones, basureros, ventanas, muebles, equipos, y baos.

Mantener la escuela y terrenos, incluyendo las aceras, caminos, entradas, estacionamientos y reas de recreo limpios y organizados.

Corregir y informar al supervisor del edificio sobre condiciones peligrosas; seguir las normas y cdigos de seguridad.

Hacer reparos pequeos cuando sea necesario y informar al supervisor del edificio sobre reparos ms grandes que se necesiten.

Inspeccionar la mquinas y equipos de custodia para asegurarse de la eficacia y seguridad.

Mover muebles y equipo dentro del edificio cuando sea requerido por el director de la escuela.

Demonstrar flexibilidad durante emergencias en el trabajo, como desastres naturales, dao de agua, robo, vandalismo.

Demonstrar una actitud positiva, flexibilidad y estar dispuesto a hacer trabajos adicionales cuando sean asignados por el Supervisor del Edificio.
