Within our statewide Adult Court Services, we provide support to clients dealing with legal matters or probation related to substance use disorders. Our goal is to empower clients to rebuild their lives, achieve health, and self-sufficiency. This involves conducting screenings and assessments for substance use disorders, facilitating placement into treatment programs, and assisting with tasks such as obtaining identification and seeking employment opportunities.

A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is available for a full-time Case Manager. This role necessitates daily office attendance.

About the Position: The Case Manager is responsible for delivering a wide array of inclusive behavioral health services in line with agency guidelines and Drug Court standards. Duties include assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, making referrals, providing ongoing support, and advocating for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive client assessments to determine their strengths and needs.
  • Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Attending court meetings and presenting progress reports regularly.
  • Building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Addressing emergency or crisis situations.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Active participation in team meetings.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with various partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Optional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Required CADC certification, preferred 2+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with court-related case management software.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and guidelines concerning substance abuse.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
