  • Document all case management activity and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • Child Welfare Employee Licensure at hire or within six months of employment.
  • Knowledge of childhood trauma and experience working with youth and families who have been exposed to trauma.
  • Valid Illinois Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
