Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction for specific aspects of the Building Stable Communities program, ensuring staff meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting and project management.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and performance management of staff, with support from senior management.
- Deliver regular supervision and professional development opportunities for assigned team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including those related to personnel and financial management.
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and program metrics.
- Stay informed about tenant rights and relevant laws to effectively address issues that arise.
- Facilitate training and ensure thorough documentation practices among staff.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development efforts.
- Support the Program Manager in ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and program policies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Supervisory Duties:
- Oversee roles such as Lead Clinical Case Manager, Clinical Case Manager, and Senior Case Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Preferred one year of management or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with criminal justice involvement, substance use issues, or mental health challenges is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage in public speaking.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online databases.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring in-person meetings as necessary. The supervisor may also conduct community visits and provide office coverage as scheduled.
Physical Requirements:
Employees in this role may need to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
