Job Summary

EagleOne Case Management Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Field Case Manager - Clinical Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing a caseload of active field case management files, providing nursing, clinical, and casework services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of active field case management files, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Billable Hours: Bill a minimum of 40 hours per week, meeting productivity standards.
  • Production Sheets: Follow all protocols for completion of daily production sheets, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain an Outlook calendar with meetings and appointments, ensuring timely attendance and participation.
  • Meetings and In-Services: Attend all mandatory meetings and in-services, staying informed on company policies and procedures.
  • Case Strategy: Consult with Manager on case strategy, ensuring effective and efficient resolution of cases.
  • Case Management Protocols: Demonstrate ability to apply case management protocols, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Case Summaries: Prepare case summaries for account claim reviews, providing clear and concise information.
  • Medical Files: Maintain complete medical files in a paperless format, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Provider Network: Add providers, therapy, hospitals, etc., into provider network, expanding access to services.
Requirements
  • Education: Fifth-year college or university program certificate or related experience.
  • Language Ability: Read, analyze, and interpret scientific, technical, financial, medical, and legal documents.
  • Math Ability: Calculate figures and amounts, apply algebra and geometry.
  • Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office, navigate the internet, and computer navigation.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Medical Terminology, Active RN licensure, Bachelor's Degree preferred, Additional certifications a plus.
  • Competency: Analytical, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Team Work, Ethics, Adaptability, Attendance/Punctuality, Dependability, Initiative, Judgment, Motivation, Planning/Organizing, Professionalism, Quality, Quantity.
Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
