Job Summary: RCM&D is currently searching for an Adjuster Assistant to be a part of SISCO. The successful candidate will be responsible for many administrative tasks to support the claim adjusters and consultants for claims of various lines of insurance, predominantly workers' compensation.

A Day in the Life:

  • Responsible for accurate data entry, including claims and payments
  • Opens, reads, prioritizes, sorts, scans and distributes paper and electronic mail
  • Answers telephones, handles inquiries appropriately, and claim intake from insured
  • Provide good customer service both internally and externally
What You'll Need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for positive interaction with customers and co-workers, supporting the team concept of the department
  • Ability to learn third party computer programs and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
