Collaborating closely with Branch Managers and the Executive Team, the VP will devise strategies to boost profitability, eliminate barriers, and apply industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on margin optimization to enhance profitability at the divisional level.
- Support payroll processes and adhere to deadlines.
- Conduct analyses on employee performance, expenses, and marketing costs.
- Deliver timely internal communications and alerts.
- Ensure strategic positioning within the market.
- Assess and recommend pricing adjustments.
- Advise on employee remuneration and branch profitability.
- Collaborate on financial management and profit-loss assessments.
- Facilitate licensing processes and participate in branch activities.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires and invest in diverse talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities.
- Proficient in managing challenging situations with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
