Agile Leadership: Promote Agile practices, leading continuous improvement and fostering efficient team dynamics. Technical Tools Proficiency: Utilize project management tools efficiently for tracking progress and resource management. Quality and Testing: Collaborate closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure comprehensive testing and successful deployment. Continuous Improvement: Handle post-launch activities, including user feedback, performance monitoring, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in project or program management within technological environments. Proven expertise in leading significant web portal development projects. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies; Agile certification is beneficial. Mastery of project management software, methodologies, and best practices. Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Content Management Systems. Familiarity with DevOps practices and the software development life cycle. Previous experience in the financial services sector, particularly in wealth management or broker-dealer operations, is preferred.
