Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in ground-up projects, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously or lead a larger project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Site Management: Oversee construction site operations, including coordination and scheduling of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and building codes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with project team members, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve project issues, making informed decisions to ensure project progress and quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality control procedures, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Degree in construction or a related field (preferred).
