Job Summary
As a Referral Coordinator at Rivia Mind, you will play a crucial role in supporting both new and existing patients who come through our referral partners. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service focus and a passion for helping individuals access the care they need. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to ensuring seamless patient experiences and adherence to partnership protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction and contribute to the growth of Rivia Mind within the communities we serve.
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a customer service mindset to ensure positive patient and partner experiences
- Liaise between patients and providers based on referral partnerships
- Manage patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all referral protocols are followed diligently
- Stay updated on insurance and referral partner information
- Coordinate intake processes and scheduling
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks accurately
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Engage in outreach activities to promote services
- Provide ongoing support to patients and partners
- Participate in team functions as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of medical office/healthcare operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Electronic Medical Records systems
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in technology platforms
