Job Summary

As a Referral Coordinator at Rivia Mind, you will play a crucial role in supporting both new and existing patients who come through our referral partners. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service focus and a passion for helping individuals access the care they need. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to ensuring seamless patient experiences and adherence to partnership protocols. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a customer service mindset to ensure positive patient and partner experiences
  • Liaise between patients and providers based on referral partnerships
  • Manage patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure all referral protocols are followed diligently
  • Stay updated on insurance and referral partner information
  • Coordinate intake processes and scheduling
  • Handle documentation and administrative tasks accurately
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Engage in outreach activities to promote services
  • Provide ongoing support to patients and partners
  • Participate in team functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of medical office/healthcare operations experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Electronic Medical Records systems
  • Knowledge of insurance verification processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and adaptability
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in technology platforms
