Position Overview:

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (HSD) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing and coordinating business operations for the Patient Financial Services department.
  • Supervising staff activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and maximize revenue.
  • Identifying quality issues, advising management, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Creating a customer-centric and results-driven environment within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising activities within the assigned PFS area.
  • Implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Overseeing all aspects of PFS operations including billing, collecting, and resolving patient billing complaints.
  • Providing guidance on PFS-related matters to other departments.
  • Conducting training, supervision, and performance evaluations for staff.

Required Skills:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel for refunds and auditing.
