Fincantieri ACE Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group company, currently has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Administrator at the Green Bay, Wisconsin location.
Fincantieri ACE Marine is a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled aluminum construction facility. Purposely designed for assembly line manufacturing of aluminum vessels, the facility uses innovative modular construction techniques and component manufacturing. Efficiencies in production are achieved by allowing modules to be pre-outfitted to a very high degree while internal compartments are still very accessible.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a manufacturing administrator you will be responsible for compiling and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments: Additionally, this role works closely with planning, payroll, finance and scheduling to ensure time tracking, production progress, and invoice processing and planning related documents are entered/posted correctly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
- Maintains related files to defined procedures
- Assists in the development and maintenance of procedures
- May prepare requests for reproduction of documents.
- May operate reproduction equipment.
- Prepare reports and memorandums as required
- Update spreadsheets weekly
- Reviews, recommends and plans implementation of new processes and procedures
- Resolves issues between other departments both up and down the organization
- Maintains a commitment to FMG's "vision, values and mission".
- Perform special assignments as required
- Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.
- Communicates with all supervisor levels, production employees, contractors, and on-site customer personnel.
- Frequent communication with members at all levels including manufacturing management personnel and general workforce.
- Provides status reports to immediate management.
- Demonstrate willingness and drive to ensure FMG continues to improve

Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organization skills and process adherence to defined procedures.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suites computer skills.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain a p rofessional demeanor.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems is desired
