Job Overview

As a key member of the Senior Financial Team, this individual will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of financial and tax reporting processes, as well as providing financial analysis to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze key financial metrics to inform business decisions
  • Conduct trend and variance analysis on financial statements to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support the year-end closing process and analysis, including ASC842 reporting
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Analyze expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Participate in business process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions
  • Develop and present financial data to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience in public or private accounting, preferably in manufacturing
  • Minimum two years of experience in a financial analyst role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced technical accounting skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
