In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating information and providing administrative support to ensure a top-notch experience for our residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct visitors.
- Maintain residents' medical records.
- Coordinate appointments and communication with physicians and vendors, including setting up medical appointments and arranging transportation.
- Transcribe Physician's Orders accurately.
- Assist with paperwork and medical documentation related to resident admissions.
- Complete other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Health Unit Coordinator or health information certification is preferred.
