- Leadership and Education: Demonstrate leadership skills by coordinating unit operations, delegating tasks, and precepting new staff members.
- Education: Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing.
- Experience: 2-5 years of RN experience, with a focus on critical care or ICU nursing.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in Minnesota or Wisconsin, BLS certification, and ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
