Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficiency and quality in food purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and sanitation of production areas.
  • Supervise and manage food production staff within set budgetary parameters.
  • Oversee core menus, recipe management systems, and kitchen/equipment sanitation procedures.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations related to food handling and production.
  • Collaborate with Unit Manager to address any food production issues.
  • Develop resident relationships through visits and meetings in the dining room.
