Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Italian Cuisine Chef to join our team at Italian Food Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Italian dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the food served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation, ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time.
• Cook meals and plate dishes, utilizing creativity and expertise to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.
• Manage inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet demand.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of success in Italian cuisine.
• Expertise in pizza making and knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
