At Belmont Village Senior Living, we are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Houston. We are a reputable company specializing in luxury senior living communities, offering a supportive work environment with room for professional growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW
  • Design, configure, secure, and maintain the Belmont Village enterprise network.
  • Provide secondary support for various IT systems.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
  • Ensure the network's health, security, and availability.

YOURS TASKS
  • Address and resolve technical network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor WAN circuits and VPN tunnels for optimal performance.
  • Setup and maintain enterprise networking devices like firewalls and switches.
  • Manage secure remote access solutions with modern technologies.
  • Evaluate network equipment, configurations, and performance for enhancements.
  • Keep network documentation up to date and accurate.
  • Handle network equipment renewals and software support subscriptions.
  • Assist with Windows and Linux server setup and support.
  • Attend project meetings, update statuses, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Undertake additional tasks as per management directives.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
