We are in search of an enthusiastic intern to join our team at the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence for the upcoming summer term. Specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for transferring historical testing evidence from HP-ALM to a designated SharePoint platform in compliance with our record retention policy. This task is crucial as we transition from HP-ALM to Panaya Test Dynamix, a comprehensive test management tool.

During this internship opportunity, you will receive in-depth training on extracting files from HP-ALM to SharePoint, along with report generation, all while adhering to established protocols.

This is a compensated, flexible hybrid role, based at our headquarters in Fort Mill, SC. The ideal candidate should have authorization to work in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the folder structure for each project within the SharePoint site.
  • Transferring test artifacts from HP-ALM to the specified SharePoint location.
  • Creating reports in HP-ALM and uploading them to SharePoint.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate conscientiousness in tasks.
  • Possess strong organizational abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate program.
