A day in the life


The Creative Partner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing moderately complex creative strategies, such as design, content management, visuals, and/or video.

This role supports creative initiatives and creates/develops various communications across different channels leveraging appropriate technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

Supports creative initiatives associated with current and prospective projects.
Develops concepts and content for a variety of clients/audiences.
Creates and aids in the development of communication templates to optimize creative processes.

Aids in planning and developing effective communications strategies across different channels such as newsletters, articles, emails, intranet content, presentations, and videos specific to targeted stakeholder groups.

Supports the end-to-end development, coordination, and delivery of advertising/marketing communications materials through creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the projects, programs and/or applications.

Collaborates with cross functional team members on creative/communication development and appropriate technology solutions.
Self-manages deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and design quality and writing are within brand guidelines.
Gathers requirements from clients and translates into actionable deliverables.
Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

What you need to succeed

A bachelor's degree in communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in communications, graphic design, visual communications, content management or related experience.
Collaborates with other parties to achieve common goals.
Responds positively to a changing environment while maintaining work efficiency.
Takes initiative in a team environment.
Develops and delivers effective presentations to small or large groups.
Maintains a constant awareness of completeness and quality.

Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
