KCG is seeking a Navy Training & Readiness Specialist to join our team supporting Maritime Operations Centers at NAVIFOR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, or other related field of study is preferred.
- Five years' experience in NWTP development, maintenance, and execution referencing the outputs of UNTL-based METL development.
- Demonstrated experience developing and revising instructional support materials for virtual and mobile training, application of training effectiveness evaluation methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with design and application of training objectives, unit training requirements and grouping into training events that facilitated assessment of unit proficiency of a specific training audience.
- Experience with the Service an/or Joint Training Plan development capabilities (i.e., NTIMS or equivalent across the DoD).
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Maritime Staff Officer's course (MSOC) or
- Maritime Operational Planners Course (MOPC)
Bachelors degree is required
