Position Overview:

This vital Chief of Staff position entails offering and coordinating essential support to senior management on strategic business ventures, encompassing planning, prioritization, and project implementation. The role emphasizes ensuring team coherence with day-to-day operations and executive functions. Proactive identification and management of risks and issues affecting customers are crucial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical support and guidance for initiatives aimed at setting strategic directions and maintaining business alignment. Engage in reviews of business unit performance and processes.
  • Track and facilitate the completion of crucial tasks, ensuring team commitment to outstanding items.
  • Offer direction and backing to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and overseeing major projects.
  • Analyze and interpret business performance data, optimizing the company's operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and expense planning to ensure financial prudence.

Basic Requirements:

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, at least 8 years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations, general business management, or a related field in lieu of a degree.
