The Administrative Assistant position is is a full-time position handling general office tasks to support the Fleet President.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • perform data entry and scan documents
  • assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • run company's errands to post office, office supply store, bank, and anywhere else needed by management.
  • answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, and reports
  • maintain office supplies for department
  • ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Special Projects as assigned.
