The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic consultant to operations leadership, covering various HR areas such as talent development, workforce planning, performance management, and more, aligning people strategy with business goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR expertise to Operations leadership on performance management.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  • Analyze HR trends to develop solutions and policies.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree required; major in HR Management, Industrial Relations preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR or Organizational Development experience.
  • HR experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
