Job Title: Senior Windows Engineer at BAE

BAE is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer to join the Microsoft Windows Infrastructure team. As a Senior Windows Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, installing, operating, and maintaining the enterprise Windows server environment that supports a government partner enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting solutions architect and enterprise architect in service design, transition, operations, and interoperability
  • Managing Windows authentication, DNS, o365, ADFS, LDAP integration, and Identity management
  • Expertise in Forest trusts, DFS-R, DFS-N, GPO, Folder Redirection, and other Windows services
  • Ensuring interoperability and compliance with DISA STIG guidance
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Windows Enterprise Engineer
  • Public Trust Clearance (ability to obtain and maintain)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Consultative and leadership qualities to collaborate effectively across different levels
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
  • Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
  • NETAPP, VMWare, and AWS Certifications/experience
  • Security +, ITIL, and Power Shell
Compensation Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $191,070. Please note that individual salaries are determined by various factors.
