We are in search of a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance our initiatives at our headquarters. This position is fundamentally technical - involving extensive reverse engineering and exploit development, transitioning those insights into operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to synchronize capability development plans and ensure the successful transition of vulnerability research prototypes into operational settings.
  • Execute reverse engineering and vulnerability assessments, guiding operational parameters for sophisticated systems.
  • Perform comprehensive reverse engineering and vulnerability evaluations across diverse architectures and platforms.
  • Model and scrutinize in-memory behavior of compiled applications to meet client specifications.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of technical solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline (extensive knowledge in reverse engineering or vulnerability research may substitute for a specific degree).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in firmware development utilizing low-level programming languages (C and at least one assembly language), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and the *nix command line.
  • At least 5 years of experience with common disassemblers/decompilers and reverse engineering tools (IDA, Ghidra, Binary Ninja).
  • Possession of an active US Security clearance at the Top Secret level and the ability to obtain and maintain SCI.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in firmware/driver development across Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and telecommunications systems (4G, 5G), sub-GHz wireless, 802.11, 802.15, and IoT devices.
  • Familiarity with software reverse engineering methodologies: static analysis, dynamic analysis, and fuzzing techniques.
  • Experience in creating intellectual property, white papers, blogs, etc., to sustain existing and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of building or securing embedded devices, other digital systems, and embedded binary reverse engineering (ARM, RTOS, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic cryptography design and implementation principles.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing lead technical capacity.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Active US Security clearance at the Top Secret level and the ability to obtain and maintain SCI.
